Penalty Box Notes – Privacy Policy and Data Deletion

Who we are
Penalty Box Notes (“the app”) is a football information app. Contact: support@penaltyboxnotes.com The app is for adults aged 18 and over. It gives opinions and analysis only. It does not take bets, run prizes or pools, or link to bookmakers.
What we collect
Device identifiers: a push-notification token and an anonymous app ID, used to send match alerts and to manage your Premium access.
Purchase information: whether you hold an active Premium subscription. Payments are handled by Google Play. We never see your card details.
Age confirmation: your 18+ confirmation is stored on your device only.
We do not collect your name, email, location, contacts, photos or messages. The app has no user accounts. We show no ads and do not sell or share your data for advertising.
How we use it
Only to run the app: delivering content, sending alerts you allow, and unlocking Premium.
Service providers
We use Supabase (app data hosting) and RevenueCat (subscription management) to process data on our behalf. Google Play handles payments.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit.
How long we keep it
We keep data while the app is in use and delete it on request (see below).
Delete your data
To ask us to delete your data, email support@penaltyboxnotes.com with the subject “Delete my data – Penalty Box Notes”.
We delete: your push-notification token and anonymous app ID, and the data linked to them.
We cannot delete: purchase and billing records held by Google Play and RevenueCat, which they keep under their own policies and for tax reasons.
Timing: we will complete the deletion within 30 days.
